Broad Street from Patterson Avenue to City Hall was PACKED with joyous fans. I was between Broad and Washington Avenue and Federal. There was so much love that day. An unforgettable moment that I will cherish for the rest of my life!

Sometimes we just need to feel the joy of interacting with nature. Get out, get some fresh air, feel the sun on your skin, and yes, go touch some grass. You’ll feel better I promise:)

Here we are three weeks into 2023. Have we stuck to achieving the goals we set for ourselves we set for ourselves for the new year? Don’t be so hard on yourself if you’re off to an ok start. Take it one day at a time. And just keep going!

First Self-Care Saturday Post 2023, better late than never

Take pause to appreciate Mother Nature’s beauty as we reflect on our brave Service Members who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. I hold their loved ones in my heart in prayer and these brave souls in gratitude for their sacrifice.

Life sometimes can get in the way of selfceare, be wary of putting it on the back burner. Grabbing a few minutes to give yourself a symbolic hug goes a long way. Selfcaring is a way of life.

A reminder that we are worthy and that WE ARE ENOUGH!
