What's In Your Self-Care Today?

I’ve been lagging behind this outrageous “to do” and doing a lot of lounging today. Before getting up, out and off to the races, I wanted to grab some much rays of sun out on my patio.. I try to get at least 15 minutes per day.

After being distracted by a hungry stomach (had to cook right quick), then an urge to write, then journal (still can’t find that book at the moment), I look out on the deck and see these cute feet sticking out. I was about to go out there but she beat me to it. I guess I’ll have to sunbathe later!

My self-caring today involves spending time with family, paper crafting and journaling.

What’s in your self-care bag today?
